Well, these are the sites I'm using myself :

I personally prefer number 4, because there are so many different versions/(players) of the movie. (I personally think that the DivXplayer has the best picture and sound quality - but it takes some time to load). Number 3 is really good, if you wanna watch tv-series, but there are also a lot of movies.

As for the downloading part, if the sites doesn't say that you can download there, you can always download Realplayer, a free program with which you can download all the videos you meet, for free ;)

But if you want quality vids, you should turn to torrents.
Download a torrent program free download watch movieslike Bitcommet, or utorrent.
The go to http://thepiratebay.org and other torrent share sites.

Lots of movies and good quality.

If you prefer streaming, you should get Mozilla Firefox and the add-on "Download Helper". It allows you to download videos streaming through Mozilla. It works great!
